As custom builder and construction manager, my objective is to provide high-quality work, at a cost-effective price, and in a timely manner. My goal is a successfully completed project that fully reflects the client’s lifestyle and preferences as expressed by themselves and through their designer and architect.

My responsibilities as the contractor/builder require that I am on site daily to answer questions, to solve problems and to insure that standards are upheld and schedules are met. Clients should consider me their guide, project consultant, manager, superintendent and foreman.

I have spent 31 years in the construction business in Seattle. Since my experience spans the majority of the residential building trades, I personally work with all sub-contractors doing layout and discussing installation. I ensure that all the mechanical systems, especially heating, plumbing and the electrical flow effectively together and meet the specification of both the designer and architect. This attention to detail minimizes errors and ensures that everything is done properly, resulting in a superior product.
