Sandra Lindsay Design, Inc. is dedicated to working with clients in providing quality solutions for each remodel project, new construction project and/or interior furnishings. We encourage client participation, most importantly, for the principal parties in the initial planning stages.


With background information, ideas, scope of work and budget requirements determined, we are then able to process the collected data and report back to our clients with a presentation of concepts and deign solutions. These ideas are discussed and refined then presented at the next phase as actual cost for specific items.


Consulting involves doing overlays of the architect’s plan or our own plans, indicating furniture layouts and accompanying lighting plans. In conjunction with your input, we typically select tiles and slabs, stains, paint colors, lighting carpeting, cabinet styles and hardware, appliances , fixtures and faucets. We complete detailed specifications based on these selections, accompanied by necessary elevations. These are submitted to the client and contractor. We work closely with many area contractors, including Cornwall Construction.
